SHIPPING:
All orders shipped outside the state of NJ are TAX-FREE

We offer delivery with our own trucks throughout the states of New Jersey, New York, Connecticut and Pennsylvania as early as the next business day. Delivery charges start at $55.00 and depend mainly on the size of your order and location. All deliveries are curbside only. In-home delivery is available with our installation service. Please inspect your order carefully before signing your receipt. If you find anything unsatisfactory, please call us immediacy at 1-800-311-4640

Orders over 1000 square feet qualify for free delivery.

We also offer national delivery through independent carriers within 48-72 hours. National rates start at $75.00 and depend on the weight of your order and the location. National deliveries are strictly curbside. Drivers will not bring your order into your home.

Please note that we will supply the tracking number for all national deliveries, however, we can not be held responsible for any delay that may occur after your order is shipped from our facility.

CANCELLATIONS:

  • You may cancel your order for a full refund on all in-stock merchandise; no questions asked.
  • Cancellation is not allowed if:
    • Your order is already shipped from our warehouse (usually within 48 hours or less).
    • Your floor is a clearance Item.
    • Your floor is a special order (products we do not stock in our inventory)
    • Your floor is a custom orders (orders made to your specifications)

RETURNS:

  • Returns are accepted on any of our in-stock products within 45 days of receiving your order.
  • A restocking fee of 10% of the returned merchandise applies on all returns.
  • Returned merchandise must be in its original package, unopened and stored properly.
  • There are no returns on any product after 45 days.
  • Returns may be rejected if the boxes were opened or the product was damaged.
  • Shipping charges are non refundable.
  • You may exchange your floor with any other product or request a store credit to waive the restocking fee.

EXCHANGE:

  • You may exchange your order to any other flooring within 45 days at no extra cost (shipping charges excluded). The Original order must be in its original package, unopened and damage free.
  • You may not exchange special orders or clearance items for any reason unless the original order was damaged. Please call us at 1-800-311-4640 if you have any questions regarding our shipping & return policy.

STORE YOUR FLOOR Program:

  • You may store your flooring order in our warehouse for 90 days at no charge.
  • All orders must be paid in full to qualify for this program.
  • A $25 fee per week applies on your stored order after 90 days.
  • You may not cancel your order at anytime during or after the 90 days storage period.
  • Returns in full or part are not allowed after your order is picked up or delivered.
